What is the Youth Rules! Rally, Job and Career Fair? As part of this national initiative, a Youth Rules! Rally, Job and Career fair is being sponsored for youth 16 to 21 years old seeking summer employment or entering the workforce after High School and provides employers an opportunity to reach out to hundreds of potential employees (a minimum age of 16 is required to apply for job opportunities). The Youth Rules! Rally, Job and Career fair also provides an opportunity for students, their parents, and employers to interact with agencies such as the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to learn more about laws regarding hiring of minors.
